AAAMD talks health data at the Open Data Institute Summit
Our CEO, Dr Wen Hwa Lee, joined the panel 'Health data Futures: Building a global health data ecosystem that works for all' for a discussion with Tariq Khokhar, Head of Data for Science and Health Priority Area at Wellcome Trust, Tina Coldham, Patient Involvement and Engagement Advisor to the National Institute for Health Research Centre for Engagement and Dissemination, and Indra Joshi, Artificial Intelligence Director at the NHSx (a joint unit bringing together teams from the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England and NHS Improvement to drive the digital transformation of care). About the ODI Summit 2020: The ODI Summit 2020 was a Global event held online for eight hours to an audience of over 1,000 people from 72 different countries across 5 continents. Keynote speakers included the UK Minister of State for Media and Data and the UK Information Commissioner.
